County-Wide Service Grants

First 5 Santa Barbara County invests the majority of our funds in partnerships or County-Wide Services. These County-Wide Services currently include:

  • Newborn Home Visiting
  • Early Care & Education
  • Family Strengthening
  • Early Childhood Health & Saftey

Request for Applications (RFAs) are released for each of the County-Wide Servies listed above or other areas prioritized by the First 5 Santa Barbara County Commission.

Grants are currently awarded for a 1-year period. However, as funding changes, these terms may change. Agencies that have been previously funded and those that have not been previously funded are eligible to apply.
